Wi-Fi onboarding

  1. Power the professionally installed controller.
  2. When no saved network is available, connect to its protected ELLECTRA setup hotspot.
  3. The setup page opens automatically on supported phones. Select the customer’s 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enter its password.
  4. After connection, scan the sealed one-time product QR in the ELLECTRA app.

Before requesting service

  • Confirm mains power and normal wall-switch operation.
  • Confirm the router’s 2.4 GHz network is available near the switchboard.
  • Check the app’s online/offline indicator and wait one minute after a router restart.
  • Do not open or rewire a mains controller while energized.
